Cancellation Policy

Goods can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued up to the point of dispatch (excluding bespoke orders, any custom products or limited offer products). Once you have received a confirmation email to say your goods have been shipped you will be required to follow the returns process in order to return your goods. You can always call us if you aren't sure prior to ordering.
